Ball Check Valve –Ball check valve is a kind of check valve with multi-ball, multi-channel, multi-cone inverted flow structure, mainly composed of front and rear valve bodies, rubber balls, cones, etc.
The ball check valve uses a rubber-covered rolling ball as the valve disc. Under the action of the medium, it can roll up and down on the integral slide of the valve body to open or close the valve, with good sealing performance and noise reduction The city is closed and there is no water hammer.
Our Flanged Ball Check Valve body adopts a full water flow channel, with large flow and low resistance, provides outstanding sealing capacities for low pressure. It can be used in cold water, industrial and domestic sewage pipe networks, and is more suitable for submersible sewage pumps. It can be installed at the outlet of the water pump to prevent back flow and water hammer from damaging the pump.
Cast/Ductile iron body and cap, epoxy-coated body, NBR/EPDM seat and NBR/EPDM-coated aluminum ball ( 8″ to 16″ NBR/EPDM covered cast iron ball).
Either vertically (only upwards) or horizontally installed.

- Available in sizes: 1 1/2″ up to 16″.
- Temperature range: 0°C to 80°C or -10°C to 120°C.
- Pressure rating: PN16/10 rated (1 1/2″ to 8″) and PN10 (10″ to 16″).
- Easily maintainable.
- Low cracking pressure.
